Cuts4Scruffs 48 Hour Cancellation Policy

All new customers must pay a £20 deposit (per pet) for their first appointment which is non-refundable.
This deposit will be deducted off the price of the groom. This applies to all services £20 and over.

All Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of booking the appointment to secure the date and time slot and is payable by phone or in store.
If no payment is received the appointment will be classed as “unfilled” and will be back open to any customer.

 

If a customer cancels with more than 48 hours notice, they are entitled to either a refund or to transfer the deposit to a new appointment. Any customers that cancel with less than 48 hours before the appointment or miss their appointment will not be entitled to a refund and the deposit shall be kept by Cuts4Scruffs to cover costs.

Existing customers will not have to pay a deposit with the following exceptions;
-If you miss, or give less than 48 hours’ notice on an appointment to cancel.
-If you haven't used Cuts4Scuffs LTD services in the previous 12 months upon booking your next appointment.
In these circumstances a £20 deposit (per pet) will be charged before booking the next service.

Cuts4Scruffs Refund Policy

Goods/Items purchased: 

We do not give refunds/exchanges unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty we can offer a refund or exchange for 30 days. After this period, we cannot offer a refund but can offer an exchange up to 6 months after the purchase. You will need a proof of payment for any of these options.

 

Services (Grooms, Baths, Nail Trims etc):

If you are dissatisfied with your pet`s groom please let us know upon collection and we will do our best to fix the issue for you. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
